Justin Melo, Co-Founder, grew up in the real estate industry learning from his father who has had a 30+ year career in the real estate industry. Justin attended Dominican University of California where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management and minor in Sports Management while also playing NCAA Division II lacrosse. He is a licensed real estate broker in both California and Washington State. Justin is in charge of managing Gatsby’s investment and financial strategies and has more than 12 years of experience with real estate investment, purchase and sales, and property management.

Daniel Cheledinas, Co-Founder, was born and raised in Seattle, WA, and brings intimate knowledge of the greater Seattle area real estate market and trends. Daniel’s role as the Head of Operations for Gatsby includes putting together the pre-project budget, project management, and oversight of contractors. Daniel is a licensed general contractor under the license name of Glacier Bay Construction and completed the UW construction management certificate program with the University of Washington in 2019. Prior to managing Gatsby’s operations, Daniel was a project manager with C4 Digs, and owner of Glacier Bay Development, which previously renovated and constructed luxury single-family homes in Seattle and the surrounding areas.
